This overall’s look was taken quite a few months ago and with the holidays I never had a chance to post it! It’s still a viable look for the winter…I think I may actually wear these overalls tomorrow night for a date with the Mr.!
If you follow me on Instagram then you’ve heard me talk about the Boot Camp I am doing right now, but if you haven’t then I need to tell you all about it. I am following this 6 week boot camp with Amanda Tress! You can find out more here! I will do a more detailed post at the end and if I’m daring enough I will post pictures…that will take a lot for me to show my stomach like that 🙂 But for you girls I just might! This is what I know to be true 3 weeks into my 6 week challenge.
- I have suffered for about 3 years with headaches everyday…I have gone 3 weeks without one single headache – YAY!!!
- I have felt like my digestive system was messed up after having my last baby and now I can’t believe how healthy I feel.
- I have great energy. Not crazy bounce off the walls just drank an energy drink…but solid all day energy!
- We are not supposed to weigh ourselves until the end and I get the whole purpose in it…but when I can tell and feel that my body is changing, well I get curious…so I weighed myself. I am down 7lbs. I am actually more interested in how many inches I have lost but for now I’m going to be SUPER pleased with the things I know!
